Returns & Exchange

If you do wish to return goods to us, we need the following information which must be enclosed with the returned goods. Failure to include the following information may result in the refund process taking longer or in some circumstances being rejected.

  • An RA number (please contact our customer service team to obtain this)
  • Original Order number
  • Your company name (if applicable)
  • Your name
  • Your contact details (including a daytime contact number)
  • A brief description of the goods being returned
  • A brief reason for returning the goods
  • Whether you would like a refund on your credit/debit card or a replacement


The cost to return unwanted goods is paid by the sender, not The Baby Experts Limited.


As soon as we receive the goods, we will action your request. Where a refund has been requested, we will credit your card as soon as possible (usually the same day). Any replacement held in stock will be dispatched the same day.

Faulty Goods
The Baby Experts makes every effort to ensure the goods we sell are of the highest quality and always from the best suppliers possible. On the rare occasion that an item becomes faulty, we will make every effort to ensure the situation is resolved, and to a timescale, that you are satisfied with. Should you find yourself in this unfortunate position, The Baby Experts would like to apologise to you for the inconvenience.


All goods come with at least a 12 month manufacturers' guarantee (some are longer). If an item is delivered faulty or becomes faulty through normal use then the following action needs to be taken:


For purchases over 30 days old but less than 12 months old please send back the item to the address below, along with a covering letter stating the fault and the following information.   • A brief description of the goods being returned

We will contact the relevant manufacturer who will inspect the item and, at their discretion, repair, replace or return the item to us if they feel there has been no manufacturing fault.

Please retain any proof of posting, receipt or tracking number for any item returned as we cannot accept responsibility until a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods.

Guarantees & Warranties
The Baby Experts ensures that all products are supported with at least a 12 month manufacturer's guarantee. Many products are much longer than this but this is the minimum we accept. If the product has a longer guarantee than 12 months then this will be stated in the product information.


Our customer service experts are available via telephone and e-mail to advise on delivery queries and any questions you may have on our guarantees.


Your Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to 10 days after you receive the goods. Please note that this policy has some limitations and does not apply to business customers. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to us by hand, post or through the contact us form on our website, giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery. Notification by phone is not sufficient. Except in the case of faulty or misdescribed goods, if you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to the Supplier at your own cost. The goods must be returned to the address shown within the Returns Address Section of this page. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. Once you have notified us that you are cancelling the contract, the we will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. Except in the case of faulty or misdescribed goods, if you do not return the goods as required, the Supplier may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods.

You do not have the right to cancel the contract if the order is for computer software which has been unsealed by you, or for consumable goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned, save where a fault is discovered which could not have been discovered otherwise than by unsealing the goods.
