Hi! Thanks for looking on our site. We thought it would be a great idea to tell you a bit about ourselves, and how the idea of our website came about.
The website was the idea of my husband Lindsay and I, and it came about a few months after the birth of our son Leo in July 2008. After we rediscovered sleep, we realised how much money we had spent on feeding products for Leo. Bottles, more bottles to keep round Grandma’s house, teats, more teats when he was 3 months old, more teats when he was 6 months old and more teats when he had thicker milk, and of course more teats to keep round Grandma’s house, sterilising equipment, bottle brushes, and when he was old enough to start weaning, food, pureed food, something to puree the food with, something to put the food in, something to feed him the food with, highchairs, beakers, bibs, and more bibs. And not forgetting buying it all again to keep round Grandma’s!
So, after numerous discussions with my new circle of ‘mum’ friends, I realised how much they had also had to buy and spend on feeding equipment, both breast feeding, bottle feeding and weaning, so Lindsay and I came up with the idea of a website that purely focussed on feeding products, a one stop feeding shop where you can buy everything that your baby needs, from birth onwards.
As you can see we sell a wide range of products, from breast feeding, bottle feeding, weaning and feeding products to food itself. We want to provide parents with a wide range of the best products currently on the market at the cheapest prices……….and so to price. This was key for us as when I was on maternity leave as I was on a limited budget, yet still seemed to spend a fortune on the internet buying products for Leo! We slowly began to realise that like weddings, whenever you mention the word ‘baby’ the price for anything seems to be higher than you would have thought, so we have made it our mission to be the cheapest you will find on the internet for any of our feeding products. This really is important to us as we know how hard it is to juggle the cost of living, especially in these times.
